Individual Russian Language Courses
The enrolment to the individual courses is open year-round. You can choose to come study for only two academic hours a week or for as many as 40 academic hours weekly of intensive course. We are very flexible in arranging each program and willing to adapt it to your personal needs.
What can your program consist of?
Russian Language Classes make the core of any course. Our General Language Course gives the students a thorough foundation in spoken Russian and teaches basic structural patterns, grammar, phonetics, and reading and listenning comprehension skills. At intermediate and advanced levels students can develop their speaking and writing skills through work with literary and conversational texts, contemporary Russian films, and topical subjects from the Russian press. They may also choose to translate a variety of contemporary texts from the science, technology, business, and the media. A diverse choice of elective courses complements the General Language Course and allows students to focus on personal interests and needs.
