How to register for the Russian language program in Tver

Please contact Delta Intercontact. We will answer all questions in detail. Please fill out the registration form.

To get you an invitation we need the following information and documents:

• Your home address and phone number
• Your University or work place address and phone number
• The name of the city in which you will apply for the visa
• A scanned copy of the first page of the national passport sent as an attached image file

Issuing of an official invitation will take 30 days and another week will be taken for delivering it to you by express mail.

Please note that applications must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the program. The standard invitation processing fee is 2,500 rubles. Study visa received with our invitation is valid 90 days and can be easily extended in Tver.

Another option is requesting an express invitation through a local travel agency. This visa cannot be extended in Russia.

Costs of the programs (valid starting June 1, 2008):

Year-round Individual Courses

The program cost is compiled from the following:

• The total number of academic hours (we charge 390 rubles per one academic hour.) We may offer you a discount in case you order a big amount of academic hours. This option can be discussed individually.
  
• Accomodation (One week stay with a Russian family (half-board) costs 5,000 rubles)
• Cultural Enrichment Program (see the costs of all possible tours and excursions in the Tours section.)
• Individual Research Projects and Field-trips (see the Research Projects section.)
• Visa Support (2,500 rubles)
• Airport Transfer/one way (SVO 2 - 2,500 rubles; Domodedovo - 2,900 rubles)

We will send you a detailed invoice after discussing everything with you.

Summer and Winter Programs

Small groups (3-4 people)

• 1-week program: 12,180 rubles
• 3rd - 6th weeks: 5% discount
• 7th - 12th weeks: 10% discount

These costs include: basic conversational course, optional courses, accomodation, participation in cultural enrichment program, registration fee, Internet access.

Costs do not include: visa support (2,500 rubles), airport transfer (2,500 rubles for SVO2 and 2,900 rubles for Domodedovo)
